Tiny Rebels – Terms and Conditions of Sale
Welcome to Tiny Rebels! These Terms and Conditions apply to all online bookings and purchases made through our website or booking system. By purchasing a ticket or party package, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking and Payment
· All bookings must be made online via our booking system.
· Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
· Your booking is confirmed only once payment is received and a confirmation email is issued.
2. General Admission
· Tickets are valid for the date and session time booked.
· Each child must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
· Late arrivals may not receive full session time.
· We reserve the right to refuse entry if capacity is reached or behaviour is deemed unsafe.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
· General session cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or reschedule.
· No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session.
· For birthday parties, see Section 6.
· Tiny Rebels reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. maintenance, safety). In such cases, a refund or reschedule will be offered.
4. Rules of Play
· Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
· Play is suitable for children aged 0–10 years only.
· Socks must be worn in the play areas.
· Food, drink, and shoes are not permitted in the play zones.
· Aggressive behaviour, bullying, or non-compliance with rules may result in removal from the premises without refund.
5. Food and Drink
· Only food and drinks purchased at the Tiny Rebels café may be consumed on site, with the exception of baby food and allergy-specific items.
· Our team is trained in allergen awareness; please speak to us if you have any dietary requirements.
6. Birthday Parties
· A non-refundable deposit is required to secure party bookings. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the party.
· Final numbers and any allergy/dietary information must be confirmed at least 5 days in advance.
· Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party date are non-refundable.
· Party guests must arrive on time to ensure the full experience can be enjoyed.
· The party room will be available for the agreed time only, and parents must vacate promptly at the end of the booking.
7. SEN (Special Educational Needs) Sessions
· SEN sessions are designed to provide a calmer, more supportive environment.
Numbers are limited to allow more space and a gentler experience.
· A parent or carer must accompany children at all times.
· If specific adjustments or needs are required, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate wherever possible.
· Standard cancellation terms apply unless otherwise agreed.
8. Health and Safety
· Do not attend if your child is unwell or has had sickness or diarrhoea within 48 hours.
· First aid is available on site. All incidents must be reported immediately.
· CCTV operates throughout the premises for safety and security purposes.
9. A Note on Photography
To protect everyone’s privacy, we kindly ask that you only take photos of your own child(ren) while at Tiny Rebels. Please avoid capturing other children or families without their permission. Thanks for helping us keep everyone safe and happy!
10. Liability
· Tiny Rebels accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.
· Injuries occurring through normal play are not the responsibility of Tiny Rebels unless due to negligence.
· Parents and carers are responsible for their children’s behaviour and safety at all times.
